While our previous web page served us well, the time for a refresh was here and much like the Jeeps we love, the new web site shall continue to evolve as we move forward. The new design is intended to be more functional and user friendly, not just for you the reader, but especially on the backend where the content gets updated. We all know, a tool that is hard to use, won’t get used.
This web site, like the rest of this organization, is managed on a volunteer basis. In most cases, the individuals that will be responsible for managing the content are not professional web designers. We would all rather be wheeling’ then spending hours on end learning how to update events and keeping photos current.
With any luck, the new tools being introduced will be easier to use and maybe even a tiny bit enjoyable. Hopefully that will lead to more updates, more useful information, and ultimately, present a more current picture of the happenings in the KC Jeep Club.
